STAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By confirming your reservation at The VVS Apartment, you (the guest) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both our guests and the property, and to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

1. Booking & Payment
Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Bookings are not secured until payment is received and confirmed.

No Cash Accepted: We do not accept cash under any circumstances. All transactions must be made via card or approved digital payment methods.

2. No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, changes in travel plans, or early checkouts. We advise guests to make bookings only when their plans are certain.

3. Security Deposit & Damages
A security deposit is required prior to check-in. This covers potential damages, missing items, or extra cleaning fees. If any damage is caused to the property, furnishings, electronics, or appliances, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be responsible for the full cost, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

4. Identification Requirements
All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Accepted forms include:
Passport
Ghana Card
Driver’s License
We do not accept student IDs, work IDs, or expired documents.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
For 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, check-out may be extended by a maximum of 1 hour upon request and subject to availability.
Late check-outs beyond the grace period may incur additional charges.
Guests are required to:
Turn off all lights and electrical appliances
Lock all doors and windows securely
Remove all personal belongings

6. Right to Refuse Entry or Service
The VVS Apartment reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of any guest if:
Terms and conditions are breached
There is evidence of illegal activity or disruptive behaviour
False information was provided during the booking
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, if available.
Violations will result in a cleaning fee and possible eviction.

8. No Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees.

9. Baby Equipment
A baby cot is available upon request. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if this is needed, to ensure availability and proper setup.

10. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward the property, neighbours, and staff.

Parties, Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.

 

11. Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please avoid loud music, gatherings, or activities that could disturb others during this time.

12. Maximum Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in your reservation. Extra guests not declared during booking may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.

13. Loss or Theft
The VVS Apartment is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and not leave items unattended.

14. Use of Facilities
All facilities and amenities are to be used responsibly and at your own risk. Any misuse or deliberate damage will be charged accordingly.

15. Cleaning & Housekeeping
The property is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included unless previously arranged.
Excessive mess or neglect may result in an additional cleaning fee.

16. Emergencies or Maintenance Issues
If you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact us immediately using the provided contact details.

17. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
The VVS Apartment reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
